ACE Dialogs not working in portal environment

            Description

            When clicking a button to display a dialog in the any of the dialog examples, an exception is logged to the browser console and the dialog is not displayed:

            Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'show' of null
              onclick

              Added binding in the test pages for ace:dialog and ace:confirmationDialog components so that inline JS code can use the client ID of the component (instead of the ID that was used before).

              Run the latest version from the trunk and all dialogs appear to display and operate correctly.
