Regression ICE-10110 - fileEntryListeners isn't called

            Description

            With revision 42081 and 42082 with ICE-10110 fix.
            Forms with multiple FileEntry doesn't work anymore.
            In my case each FileEntry has got separate fileEntryListener and only first fileEntryListener is called now - all listeners was called before..
