ace:videoPlayer can not display some .mp4 format videos when using IE11.

            Description

            Two different .mp4 videos (mobilePush.mp4 and bigBuckBunny.mp4) are used in the QA test application. The mobilePush.mp4 video works as expected in all browsers except IE11. When this video is included in a test application and viewed in IE 11, it is shown as an "Invalid Source". See Screen shot invalidSource.PNG.
