ace:menu/menuBar - add a showDelay functionality

      Description

      Feature Request: Investigate the possibility of adding a showDelay functionality than can be set to delay the display of the submenu/menuItems of a menu or menuBar.

        Verified ICEfaces 4 trunk r48603, Tomcat 8, IE 11, FF 43, Chrome 48.
        Functionality added to QA test cases /menuDynAttribute.jsf, /menuBarDynAttribute.jsf
        Note - The showDelay and hideDelay attributes only function if autoSubmenuDisplay="true" in the menu or menuBar. If a subMenu must be displayed via a click these attributes are not rendered.

        This is fine. The delay is only useful when hovering your mouse over the menuitem. When you click you want it to react immediately.
