Description
as noted in the forum: http://www.icefaces.org/JForum/posts/list/2875.page
If you use percentage columnWidths on a scrollable dataTable the data region
width becomes restricted to about 33% of the column header width. I noticed that
the extra 20px table cell we're putting in the header might be affecting the
layout with the percentage width, b/c if the 20px cell is removed from the
rendered markup, the tables re-align (even though I know we need the extra 20px
cell).

I've removed the Percentage usage from the tld document. It's too problematic to
implement.
Users should only use fixed widths.
