ace:selectMenu - Add intelligent popup positioning

            Description

            The ace:selectMenu component currently always opens it's popup list below the select box, even in cases where there is more room for it above the select box than below it.

            The popup positioning should be improved to always open the list in the direction where the most space is available on the page (up or down).

                r42031: added 'direction' attribute and the ability to display the popup either up or down, depending on the available space on the screen.

                Verified Icefaces 4 trunk r42039, Tomcat 7, all browsers.
                Still an issue on ee- maintenance branch r42039.
