JS error from ie-fixes.js

            Description

            The current trunk of IF EE 3.3.0 p02 is showing a js error coming from the ie-fixes.js in the icefaces-ee module. The js file references ice.importFrom, which is undefined. Set coalesceResources to false to see it more clearly (other comp js errors may be happening when coalesceResources is true).
