            Description

            Currently, the ICEpush-EE's MainServlet is not being instantiated by the ICEpushResponseHandler using the ExtensionRegistry, causing the Adaptive Heartbeat not to function for instance.

              Added a getInstance() static method to com.icesoft.icepush.MainServlet similar to org.icepush.MainServlet to ensure the correct instance is created when using ICEpush-EE. Marking this one as FIXED.
