            Description

            Stop immediately issuing blocking requests when no more pushIds are registered to avoid unwanted side-effects (as in ICE-9383).

              The applied fix stops the connection timeout retry mechanism when no more pushIDs are registered with the bridge.

              Tested with ICE-3871 test application.
