            Description

            Since the ICEpush EE library is now used by more products than just the ICEfaces EE one (ICEmobile EE, none JSF variants), it is logical to move the ICEpush EE lib to it's own maven GroupID.

            Old GroupId: "com.icesoft.icefaces-ee"
            New GroupId: "com.icesoft.icepush-ee"
