      Description

      In a JSP environment the ICEpush javascript is automatically served with the code.icepush mapping. There's no current mapping for serving the uncompressed version.

          Uncompressed javascript can now be served with the code.min.icepush url, which can use the same web.xml mapping of *.icepush
