Description
Currently, the icefaces-ee build first builds a checkout of the ice push library under icefaces/icepush/core (including Javadocs), and then doesn't use those, and instead later builds the icepush-ee library which itself contains the icepush/core subdirs that we do want to build.
So, it would be desirable to avoid building the icefaces/icepush/core stuff initially, since it isn't used in the icefaces-ee product anyway.
In addition, the current ICEpush JavaDoc is missing the standard ICEfaces/ICEpush version header information.
