No ant build target exists for the ICEpush core JavaDoc

            Description


            Currently, there is no way to generate JavaDoc docs for the ICEpush core library via Ant.

            A new Ant build target for javadoc needs to be added so the release builds (see ICE-8654) can include them.

              The javadoc Ant target has been added to ICEpush Core, similar as with ICEfaces. Marking this one as FIXED.
