Description
C2DM is deprecated and replaced with Google Cloud Messaging (GCM). A new notification provider is needed for GCM. See Mobi-345 for details.

Checked in changes to mobi.tld. rev 32528. Now initializes GCM connector and not C2DM connector. Testing on labs is required prior to resolving.

GCM Notification Provider has been checked in (Rev 32436). The core-ee/src/main/resources/META-INF/mobi.tld file needs to be modified to initialize the GCM provider instead of the C2DM provider, but that change is deferred until recent JavaOne demo activities have completed. Mobi-345 depends on this jira.
