ConfigurationServer uses different parameter name for reading heartbeat interval

            Description

            ConfigurationServer uses 'org.icepush.blockingConnectionTimeout' parameter name to read the heartbeat interval value from the web.xml instead of using 'org.icepush.heartbeatTimeout' parameter as it is used in the BlockingConnectionServer.
