Wrong UTF8 encoded MessageBundle translation file(s)

            The MessageBundle_de.properties files is in UTF8 encoding... changed it to ANSI and repackaged the jar, all was fine again.

            Description

            In the current version 6.0.0_P01 the german umlaut chars are displayed not as expected, coming from the the MessageBundle_de.properties.

              This seems to happen from time to time, not sure if it's our svn server updates or some tooling issue. Message bundles have been updated to the correctly to winansi encoding.
