Description
The community user has posted an example PDF that is not being rendered correctly in 5.1.2. The issue appears to be related to the multi-byte encoding changes added in the PRO version for 5.1.2.
Further investigation is needed as the the exact source of the regression.

The issue as suspect was related to some changes to how we interpret multi byte encoding of strings. I've made a change the LiteralStringObject which fixes the issue on the OS version and passes QA for the PRO version as well.
