            Description

            Bookmarks of the following document:
            http://www.itu.int/dms_pub/itu-s/oth/02/02/S02020000244501PDFE.pdf
            are rendered with questions marks at either the beginning or the end of a great deal of bookmarks by both the ICEpdf viewer and my application.
            This character ('?') does not appear when displayed by AdobeReader.
