            Description

            When using the toolbar 'Print' button it is immediately printing to the default printer with no dialog or printer selection window. While this was common practice historically, it can be an unexpected surprise when you've suddenly starting printing a potentially large document (with no way to cancel it) instead of getting a chance to further configure the print job first, etc.

              Pretty easy to fix, there is a boolean flag on PrintHelper which will do the trick, just like the file menu.

              Note that on OSX both the Abode PDF Viewer and the OS X Preview application will present the printer selection dialog, etc. when the "Print" toolbar button is pressed.
