Description
The community memory has posted a file that has been touch by some sort of network filter or document signer that falls outside the PDF specification.
We already have code that will try and correct the byte offset values if an error is detected. However this code is not designed to handle the large number of bytes that are found before and after the core PDF bytes.
I"m marking this as an improvement/enhancement as this a one off file which has been touched by a commercial signing product.
