Description
When rendering the provided PDF file, black spots appear on the page where there shouldn't be.
Note: there are some black spots that should be there, these look like hole punches and have a more defined shape.

We've seen this issue in the past. The image in question is in the JPEG2000 format and it appears that there might be a decode issue. Around each of the black circles is four white squares which is probably related to the artifacts. Further work is needed to debug this as the JPEG2000 image format is non trivial.
