The image in the provided PDF file is rendered in purple and lime green instead of blue and white.

Took a look at this and it would appear that the index colour table look up stream might not be getting decoded correctly. The file is also encrypted which might be introducing some strange string encoding issue that is throwing off the generated colour values

Looks like an issue related to applying the index colour model. Will need a little more time to investigate but this type of problem is generally pretty straight forward.

There has been quite a bit of image work done for 5.1 and as a result the PDF is rendering correctly. Marking as resolved.
