Description
The attached PDF on the support drive contains a document that is not rendered correctly. The document defines several font, but only HeiseiMin is used for the actual text that is draw.
ICEpdf can't find the font and as a last result subs in lucidabright which doesn't actually have the needed glyphs. I'll need to look a little closer to see if the needed glyphs can't be found in another system font.

I've made the changes to the fontManager with regards to loading various system fonts as suggested. But still no luck on finding a font that will correctly match the CID font that was used to encode the PDF. Will continue to pursue this in 5.0.6.
