Description
As a first step in the bringing annotation editing to ICEpdf I though it would be best to start with selection of annotations in an existing document.
The idea here is to have a new tool that when selected allows users to click on the bounding box of an annotations.
- when the tool is selected all none bordered annotations will be given a border, mainly for links
- when annotation focus is gained the annotation border will have resize squares and api for getting the selected annotation(s) for
for editing.
- multiple select should be supported via control and shift keys.
- focus management would be a nice plus

Once an annotation is selected its properties can be selected in the Appeance and action utility pane frames. All changes are made in real time and will be saved when the file is written to file.
