            Description

            If the ImageIO libraries are not included in the classpath the following info message is displayed:

            Info: ImageIO missing required plug-in to read JPEG 2000 images. You can download the JAI ImageIO Tools from: https://jai-imageio.dev.java.net/

            The link is no longer working and should instead point to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/current-142188.html
