PageComponent won't paint annotation components if page waspreviously initialized

      Description

      When opening large document with many annotations via the thumbnail view pages are initialized and painted. When switchign back to the viewer and viewing the same pages the annotations are no longer visible.

        Issue has been resolved on both the trunk and 5.0.1 branch. The annotation flags for printing are now correctly set.
