Running the PageTextExtraction example with the PDF in question results in an incomplete and improperly spaced result file.

As part of PDF-7, text selection a lot of work was done to improve the accuracy of text extraction. There are a few more tweaks that we can make if needed, but the current solutions is a nice balance of performance and accuracy.
