FreeTextAnnotationComponent mouse events do not respect document zoom

            Description

            A community user has brought this issue to our attentions. When the JTextArea component is used at zoom levels other then 100% the mouse events attached to the component to not take into consideration the document zoom level resulting in a difficult to use component.

            Community user has also provided a patch to evaluate.
