            Description

            There are two types of annotations with regards to annotation creation. The text selection variety simply select text and on mouseup the annotations is created and drawn using the default annotation color. There second type draws a facade via the annotation handle using colors defined in the handler and on mouseup the a facade is removed and replaced with an annotation .

            The main idea of this bug is to make sure that both of these annotation creating techniques can configure fill and store default colours by set of system properties.
