      Description

The PDF posted on the forms has several images that are not rendered correctly and appear to have an inverted colour model. There must be an issue in how we are decoding the indexed colour model and/or how we are applying it to the image.

Gosh this one was long time coming, still need to run QA but pretty confident the fix is good. The fix is actually really simple but took quite a while to verify and track down.

Basically we do the revers colorant before we push the values throw the function and not after like we previously did.
