The content stream for the PDF has a few invalid characters that are messing up the content parser. My best guess is that the tool that adds the duplicate copy image and the confidential c is adding the characters that are outside the ASCII range.
I've added a work around to the Parser class that should be cause to many issue but I'll have to do a round of QA to make sure.

The C is back in 5.1.0 which is our next major release.

The C on the upper right corner is a jpeg encoded but is using an odd colour model that we aren't correctly applying. This will be medium effort to address.
