Gradients, lines and image borders are not converted correctly

            Description

            The following PDF files are correctly converted to images. Gradients, lines, and image borders are not converted correctly. Here is a description of each issue per test PDF:

            File1.pdf
            * Entire chart is missing

            File2.pdf
            * Missing horizontal lines
            * Blue / white gradient is not placed exactly
            * Black / white gradient is too subtle

            File 3.pdf
            * Missing horizontal lines
            * Background looks very different

            File 4.pdf
            * Missing a connecting line for white dots
            * Missing red border for green dots
            * Background looks a bit different

            File 5.pdf
            * Missing horizontal lines
            * Missing border on pink (one side) and green (all sides) bars
            * Missing border (one side) on white label

              ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #21729 Fri Jun 11 09:36:54 MDT 2010 patrick.corless PDF-177 updated the gradient colour logic to use 5 colours accross the gradient instead of 3. Also fixed a bug where the circule radius where incorrectly assigned.

              ICEsoft Public SVN Repository #21728 Fri Jun 11 09:35:18 MDT 2010 patrick.corless PDF-177 - update the type2 pattern processing to use x number of points to calculate colours accross the gradient intead of 3. Also added some fudge for a rounding error that would some times cause the bounds on the linearMapping to fail.
