      Index out bounds error is logged but causes no problems. Select an action from the list and then the edit or remove button.

      Description

      When editing an existing annotation action a index out of bounds error occurs. Steps to reproduce the error.

      1. ) Use annotation tool to select a link annotation
      2. ) Click edit from the action panel to generate null pointer error.
      3. ) Select an action from the action panel to edit the action.

        Updated the annotation selection logic to automatically select the first available child action. This insures that the button edit and delete state is correct. If the action is deselected the edit and delete buttons are disabled as expected.
