Linear traversal not inflating compressed object streams

            Description

            A file was submitted that was likely touched by some network or database filter appending some junk to the start and end of the file. The extra bytes through of the xref offset and the file has to be linearly parsed.

            Our linear parser code doesn't seem to account for compressed object streams and in this particular case. The pages object can't be referenced from the constructed xref table.

            I have code that address this in development branch however this should be address in our old parser as well.
