reused text block messing up text selection

            Description

            A file has been submitted where text selection work well enough and then suddenly it breaks. I'm pretty sure this is closely related to PDF-1269 which fixed a similar issue for extract document text. However in this case the text is being rendered and if the more then one page is visible (column view) the coordinate really get messed up.

            Going to have to make a few more changes to make sure we are creating unique objects for reused xobject text.
