NullPointerException occurs upon clicking empty space in PDF

            Description

            STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
            1. Open the attached "Editable" pdf
            2. Scroll to the bottom
            3. Place the mouse pointer over the area marked on the "Editable" screenshot
            4. Note the mouse pointer has changed from the arrow to a hand
            5. Click this area and observe the result

            ACTUAL RESULTS:
            NullPointerException occurs at org.icepdf.core.pro.acroform.TextFieldComponent.focusGained(),

            EXPECTED RESULTS:
            NullPointerException should not occur.
