PDF pages render without any spaces

            Description

            A community member is using the library to do screen captures and noticed that pages 3 and 4 of the test document contain no space between words.

            It would appear the pages in question use <0000>Tj as the space character using CID fonts. Zero indexed glyph ids have caused some problems in the past. Hopefully this test file can shed some light on the problem.
