Description
A file has been submitted that was created with Adobe Acrobate 10.1.5 Paper Capture plug-in which is an OCR application. The captured text is seem to be lacking order which is throwing off our text selection logic. Further analysis is needed to find the root issue.

Each work seems to be well grouped but the y coordinates vary quite a bit which is likely throwing our line detection logic off. Adding a little more padding to the calculation may address the issue.
