            Description

            The file in question has an annotation definition without an annotation appearance. This is a first in our test set which is expected as this is required by the specification. The null pointer is pretty easy to add code protection for.

            There are a few annotations component that we are not drawing at what would appear to be a reasonable size. Will investigate further to see if we are doing something wrong or just have to adjust further for a poorly encoded PDF.
