Description
Add a marquee zoom tool the the viewer RI. This is a simple tool that allows a user to draw a rectangular box on a PDF content. Once the user unselects the mouse the selected box's bounds become the new viewport for the page view.

New class ZoomInPageHandler and ZoomInViewHandler have been added to support this feature. Just a little more work to calculate the scale factor on mouse up.

Updated the viewer RI with a marquee tool as well as a dynamic zoom tool that uses the wheel mouse rotation to set the zoom level.

We've had a few more requests for this features, hopefully time will allow for it in 5.0
