            Description

            As part of a general code clean up effort the OSXAdapter code has been flag as being a little out of place. The class is used to customs the Viewer RI toolbar as well as a few other UI subtleties specific to macOS.

            This is a simple bug to cleanup the packaging of the class, the class name as well as update the reflective class loading api calls.

            Packaging change, to comply with jar packaging.
            apple.dts.samplecode.osxadapter -> org.icepdf.ri.util
            OSXAdapter -> MacOSAdapter
