            Description

            Update the viewer RI to so that the following tools are disabled:

            Changing the Document
            - enable/disabled the Link annotation tool
            - enable/disable the annotation selection tool

            Content copying or Extraction
            - enable disable copy menu item.

              Updated enabled/disabled state of command buttons and menu items associated with document permissions for modify content and extracted content.

              So all text selection features a disabled when the document permission are set to disable extract content
              And all annotation edits are disabled if document permission are set to disabled modify document.
