This is either an application-level fix or a fix to the push implementation. The user has returned to the application, so theoretically we should be able to invoke the same push callback that would had been invoked had they clicked on the notification.

Cloud Push: when testing using Home button, the iOS notification comes after 15-25 seconds, and only the first test was successful, having a notification message displayed on the demo page; on all subsequent same tests, after returning to the push demo in the browser, the push notification message failed to render on the page.
Steps:

• go to the demo, enable cloud push.
• click "Push in 10 seconds" button, and minimize browser from Home button.
• push notification appears in about 15-25 seconds.
• maximize browser with Cloud Push demo from Home button -> demo displays "Waiting for Push.." button. This remains unchanged and there is no push notification message rendered on page (waited for > 5 minutes).
  Testing using 3G - has no different results compared to wifi testing.
