Description
When the user selects "trust" for a given host, the dialog may be displayed again on subsequent commands for that host.

One other consideration is that the user may currently be prompted to allow trust for the wrong host.

The prompted host is correct and a common function is now being used to obtain the hostname for the command. Note that two hosts in bridgeit.mobi/demo must be trusted: api.bridgeit.mobi for uploads and bridgeit.mobi for in-page responses.

The issue is likely due to a mismatch between the return URL host and the postURL host.
