jQuery mobile attempts to parse the BridgeIt/ICEmobile-SX #fragment resulting in errors during page transition.

To resolve this, a base64 encoded response will be investigated.

A deviceOptions parameter "o" has been added to the BridgeIt invocation. "enc=base64" will cause BridgeIt to return a base64 encoded hash fragment (a parameter is necessary since this change is not backwards compatible and is less efficient; also, compression with json may be investigated in the future and this will allow that to be selected).

A base64 response is now implemented for the Cloud Push register command on iOS. Additionally, if the URL ends with #icemobilesx a server POST is not sent.

Basic compatibility is now working. Additional improvements will be made under individual JIRAs.
