            Description

            Add a new set of components that allows client-side or server-side gesture listeners to be attached to child components.

            SwipeGesture, TapGesture and PinchGesture are all captured by this effort.

            These components will use internal utility functions to construct the JS listeners. These utility functions will be helpful when attaching gesture based behaviour to our own components.
