            Android SX must be repackaged and rebranded for the Bridge-it launch. Code should be refactored to maximize reuse.

              Initial checking: svn36666.

              Now have sxcore, icemobile and bridgeit projects. sxcore is a library project that contains the SxCore activity. ICEmobileSX and BridgeIt extend this activity to create their own packaging. A few different resources are used to create different branding between the 2 applications.
