VideoHandler in BB10 doesn't replace upload image

            Description

            The code expects the uploadable image to be in a particular location. The code renames the image from location where the vidcam component dumps it to where it is expected to be for the upload. It turns out the code in the Beeb wont rename the image if one already exists in the target directory so I have to delete the existing one, if one is found.
