CommandButtonTag does not have access to parent id on WebLogic 12

            Description

            On WebLogic 12 the commandButtonGroup does not work unless the groupId attribute is specified. Normally this works without specifying the groupId as the parent id is available in the CommandButtonTag doTag method. This appears to not be the case in WebLogic 12.
