Occurrence: JBoss5/icemobilespring/android container. Worked through several example pages prior to entering cloud push page. Push did not work without reload.

| Description | For both icemobilespring and mobileshowcase on JBoss 6, ajax push does not always work initially in Android container. I have been able to reproduce this consistently in a local deployment of icemobilespring and mobileshowcase using ICEmobile 1.3 EE. Using the android container, navigate around to a few examples (my testing shows that just interacting with the button example is sufficient). Next navigate the the cloud push example. The ajax bridge should start on page load but it does not. Ajax push will not function until the page is reloaded.
Testing with Android chrome and stock browser do not exhibit the same behaviour, so this seems to be isolated to the container.
Intended to be fixed in first patch release of ICEpush if reproducible.
